Character new-build Shepherd's Huts...
Our new build huts are fully insulated
with bed, storage and wood burning
stove if required. All huts are on original
cast iron wheels with stable door and
steps included. Roofs are covered in corrugated galvanised steel. |

BASIC HUT |

- New hut on original cast iron wheels, turntable, tow-bar. Outside galvanised corrugated tin, painted in red oxide
undercoat then painted in a traditional green. Or if you prefer, a top coat painted in a colour of your choice. Inside
walls insulated with pine t&g panelling, unpainted with 2 opening hand made windows in a selection of styles, stained
or painted, dado rail, stable door and steps. painted or stained.
External: 12ft x 6ft 6”, internal width 6ft 4”, internal height 6ft 4”.

FINISHED HUT |

- New hut on original cast iron wheels (painted), turntable, tow-bar. Outside galvanised corrugated tin, painted in a
choice of colours in Weathershield metal based paints, insulated with 2 opening windows in a selection of styles, with
pine t&g panelling inside, painted/varnished, including floor, drop - leaf table, single or a day bed sliding out to double
bed, or bunks, storage under, dado rail, stable door and steps painted or stained.
External: 12ft x 6ft 6”, internal width 6ft 4”, internal height 6ft 4”. |

WOODBURNING STOVE
- to include flue pipe, cowl/cap/flashing, heat resistant tin, slate base and fitting.
ELECTRICS
- to include outside light above door, 3 double sockets and an outdoor point for you to attach your
own power supply.
