Character new-build Shepherd's Huts...

Our new build huts are insulated in high quality natural sheeps wool and have a day-bed, storage, electric's and wood burning stove if required. All huts are on original cast iron wheels with stable door and steps. They are covered in corrugated galvanised tin which can be painted in your favourite colour. As well as using traditional tin, tongue and groove pressure treated with bevelled edge cladding match board can be used externally.Our huts can be built in a range of sizes. The positions of doors and windows can be specified to meet your own requirements.

	The COTSWOLD SHEPHERDS HUT consists of;
		• Original cast iron wheels • Stable door, fitted with a security mortise lock and wooden steps • Turntable and tow-bar • Galvanised corrugated tin, painted in a choice of colours • Walls are fully insulated then lined with tongue & groove • Unpainted inside • Floor stained in light oak finish • Two single opening hand-made windows. External: 12ft x 6ft 6”, internal width 6ft 4”, internal height 6ft 4” Optional Extras • Larger rear wheels fitted on outside (when available) • Insulated floor • Two double opening hand-made windows • Fully painted inside to your choice of colours • Drop-leaf table • Dado rail • Day bed that slides out into double bed with storage under • Wood-burning Stove - including flue pipe, cowl/cap/flashing, heat resistant tin, slate base and fitting • Electric’s- including Outside light above door, 2 double sockets and an outdoor plug-in point and fitting. • Interior furnishings and fabrics. •Larger huts built on request. •Distressing can be applied to the outside of the hut to make it appear older.

Site Preparation
- The shepherds hut will need some form of hard standing under the wheels if on soft ground - sleepers or paving slabs set flush to the ground level are perfect.
Planning Permission
- Typically, shepherds huts do not require planning permission but, if you have any concerns, contact your local planning office.

Our friendly and very helpful local haulier can deliver anywhere in the UK including abroad. Crane hire can also be organised. Prices upon request.
